It Feels Like No One Gets It—But I Do.

You’ve tried it all—reading the self-help books, downloading every productivity app, and forcing yourself to “just try harder.” But no matter how much effort you put in, it never feels like enough.

You’re tired of . . .

Struggling to stay on top of tasks, no matter how hard you try.

Feeling like sensory overwhelm dictates your day.

Hearing phrases like “just push through” or “everyone forgets things.”

Leaving social interactions feeling depleted, confused, or like you missed some unspoken rule.

Feeling like life takes more effort for you than it seems to for everyone else.

Does this sound familiar?

Do you feel overwhelmed trying to balance work, relationships, and personal needs?

Do you constantly second-guess yourself or worry about being too much or not enough?

Are you unsure how to advocate for your needs at work or in your personal life?

Do you feel like your sensory needs or executive functioning challenges hold you back?

Are you looking for a space where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself?

How Therapy Can Help

You're Not Lazy! Overly Emotional! Broken!

Your struggles are real, and they don’t define your worth. You’re managing more than most people realize: the invisible layers of being Autistic, an ADHDer, or neurodivergent in general. It can feel like you’re solving a puzzle no one else can see while they tell you, “It’s not that hard.”

But here’s the truth: You don’t need to be “fixed!”

Neurodivergence isn’t a flaw—it’s a natural variation in how brains work. Your experiences and needs are valid.

You deserve a space that honors your strengths, validates your challenges, and helps you move toward the life you want—without judgment, shame, or unrealistic expectations.

How I Approach Therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative process from the start—goals are co-created and guided by your lived experience—on your timeline, not mine.

It’s also casual and conversational. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are—whether that means stimming/fidgeting, bringing a comfort item, doodling, or even sharing a special interest. Exploring what lights you up can help us connect, deepen insight, and make therapy feel more engaging and relevant to your life.

You bring your insight; I bring my own lived experience, tools, and resources. Together, we’ll build a working relationship rooted in curiosity, trust, and shared problem solving—with plenty of psychoeducation, validation, and humor along the way.

I’m always learning and expanding my skillset, and I love sharing helpful resources like articles, webinars, or workbooks that might support your process.

It’s Not About Changing Who You Are—It’s About Helping Life Fit YOU

When we work together, I’ll help you:

N

Create Systems That Work for You. We’ll design strategies that fit your brain, whether it’s managing tasks, structuring your day, or understanding your sensory needs.

N

Build Self-Compassion and Confidence. We’ll shift from self-criticism to self-acceptance, helping you recognize your strengths instead of focusing on what others have labeled as “weaknesses.”

N

Navigate Sensory and Emotional Needs. We’ll explore how your environment impacts you and develop tools to help you feel more at ease in your daily life.

N

Align Your Life With Your Goals. Whether it’s setting boundaries, managing burnout, improving relationships, or understanding your neurodivergence, we’ll work toward what truly matters to you.
